It had excellent food, extremely friendly staff. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants and stores and the fitness center and North Houston.
The service was great, nevertheless some people working there were very rude.

We stayed at this hotel as " arrival and departure hotel" and stayed there for 3 nights in total. The rooms are quite large, clean and despite the location of the hotel (directly on the motorway) very quiet. The breakfast was for American conditions TOP --and above all: METAL CUTLERY and PORCELLANE --no plastic! The dinner in the restaurant (burger/salad/sandwich) was ok. quality and price is great. The hotel is located about 15 -20 min from the carcenter at the airport. ATTENTION: I filled up my rental car at the Shell gas station on the airport shuttle.
Ladies at the reception quite grumpy. Restaurant staff seemed to have other interests. Since it is an airport hotel it is quite a long way to the attractions like Space Center.

location - we had an early flight the next morning
location - it was really difficult to get to. We were driving and the entrance to the hotel was not obvious. We had to make a circle in order to find the hotel and then another to find the entrance. Not the best thing to do when tired after a days driving

The room here was perfect for families, clean and organized. It had everything needed like an iron, fridge, and microwave, along with cozy beds. The staff really stood out, they were super helpful and respectful. 👍

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially with the kids. The swimming pool was a delight for the whole family. Even if the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it has an easy access to it.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and friendly, always there to help. The room was well priced, equipped with a coffee station, ironing board, and a fridge. The breakfast was rich and satisfying. Having a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets available was a plus. I loved my stay and will definitely be back.

Free wifi, breakfast and airport shuttle. Coin-operated laundromat .
A bit old. Door to bathroom can't be opened completely as it got stuck to the floor. Also, water was not entirely hot for proper showers.
